Tuesday Tutorial: Satin Ribbon Rosettes & a Valentines Giveaway!!
I just LOVE to whip these cuties up! They look so fab on a bag, clip, brooch, or a headband. They are so fast and easy to make… so grab your favorite ribbon and whip some of these up…
- Materials Needed:

- Satin Ribbon or ribbon of any kind 1″- 1 1/2″ wide
- Buttons or brads
- Glue Gun
- Felt cut into the desired size of your rosette
- Brooch clip or headband/alligator clip etc.
Directions:
Hot Glue your button to the center of your felt circle
Hot Glue the end of the ribbon to the side of the button or under the button ( I leave my ribbon on the spool so I don’t run out or waste any of my ribbon)
Twist and Glue your ribbon around your button
Continue twisting your ribbon and applying the glue

When you have have your rosette to your desired size you can cut off the extra felt.
Cut off the extra ribbon
And Glue the end to the back of the rosette… and You’re done! I backed this Rosette up with some tulle but you could also use feathers or netting… Have fun with it!
